Started working as a refrigeration engineer in 2001, right here in Castlebar. Spent years learning the trade—cold rooms for shops, display cabinets for cafés, walk-in freezers for restaurants. Worked on commercial systems for Aldi and other major retailers alongside small family businesses across Mayo.
